On a spring day, a one on one lesson with Mayuka. The class took place on top of the roof of my studio, one of my favorite places to be during spring (and autumn. And winter. And Summer).

The size of that King dahlia flower was as big as my face! I should say- I love spring dahlias better than summer ones.

Like everything else in life, we only encounter that particular flower once, and they all have different expression. As a flower enthusiast, I feel like it is my duty to make them be their own way and arrange each and every stem stand out.
