Floral Designing Classes
Learning to enjoy a special lifestyle with flowers.
Basic - [5 weeks] For beginners and people who are looking for a new hobby. We guarantee you will be hooked instantly.
Advanced - [10 weeks] For those of you who are already familiar with the concept of being around the flower all the time and ready to take it to the next level.
Superior - [20 weeks] For those of you who are serious about flower business.
Private Session - 1 on 1 flower meditation with very carefully selected flowers and foliages. Session will take place in our Itaewon studio or Tokyo studio. Lunch is included.
Workshops
Seasonal Themed Floral Workshop.
Seoul - Collaborative workshop with various categories. In the past, we hold workshops with experts of wine, tea and desserts.
Tokyo - A floral workshop at Japanese Ranunculus flower farm and tour at the world's second biggest flower market.
Portland, OR - A magical weekend at a flower farm in Willamette Valley, Oregon. Hands on, farm to table floral arrangement session and a feast prepared with local ingredients.

Flower Shop
Cut Flowers - Fresh cut flowers from local farm and garden, and imported from Europe and Japan.
Hand-tied Bouquet - Celebrate
Floral Box / Basket - select the type of content that should be shown directly below (or above with Canvas Style change) the logo.
Bridal Bouquet - sets the template specific (non-social icon block) social icons style.
Dried Flowers - We believe every bloom is valuable, even if they are dried. Maybe they weren't meant to be appreciated as fresh flowers, but they certainly have special power to heal people's heart. We make our dried flowers with the flowers we used for fresh arrangements, then suggest which bloom will help you to relax and carefully pack them in a special bag at our studio.
Vases - We collect special vases and containers for flowers and food. We can help you decide what kind of vase will go perfectly together with the flowers you've chosen, or how to build the flowers around a specific container you like.
We carry ceramic vases from Studio Arhoj, a small ceramic studio based in Copenhagen.

어드밴스 - [10회] 기존에 꽃을 배우셨거나, 좀 더 다양하고 심도있게 배우고싶은 분께 추천합니다.
Superior - [20회] 전문적으로 꽃을 배우고 싶거나, 향후 꽃에 관한 일을 염두하고 있는 분, 꽃집 창업을 계획하고 있거나 이미 운영중인 분께 응용 가능한 기술 및 어드바이스를 드리는 코스입니다.
프라이빗 세션 - 1 대 1, 또는 작은그룹으로 프라이빗하게 진행되는 플라워메디테이션. 심도있는 플라워어레인지먼트에도 중점을 두지만, 한송이 한송이의 캐릭터와 느낌에 집중하며 꽃을 대하는 마음과 인스피레이션을 공유하는 시간입니다. 점심 및 스냅포토가 함께 제공됩니다.

Seoul - 시즌별로 진행되는 개더앤어셈블의 엔터테이닝 워크샵은 항상 다른 주제와 테마로 찾아뵙겠습니다.
Tokyo - 도쿄의 꽃시장과 인근의 플라워농장 투어를 통한 로컬플라워를 흠뻑 느끼는 워크샵.
Portland, OR- 포트랜드와 오레곤의 플라워농장에서 진행되는 워크샵. 농장에서 갓 따온 플라워와 인근 자연에서 직접 채집해오는 소재 및 열매와 함께 진행되며 farm to table 식사가 포함됩니다.

생화 - 가든과 로컬 농장에서 갓 잘라온 프레쉬한 생화부터, 유럽 및 일본에서 직수입되는 절화를 판매합니다.
핸드타이드 꽃다발 - 특별한 날 가장먼저 떠오르는 선물중 하나인 꽃다발. 미리 선물받는 분의 분위기, 취향, 선호하는 컬러를 말씀해주시면 더욱 마음을 담아 만들어드립니다.
플라워박스 / 바스켓 - 선물을 가져갈때 따로 꽃병이나
웨딩부케 - 웨딩의 컨셉이나 분위기, 계절과 베뉴, 그리고 신랑신부의 비하인드 러브스토리, 브라이드가 품고있는 비젼과 꿈을 담아내는 일이라고 믿으며 한땀한땀 작업합니다. 그래서 그것을 탐구하고, 고민하고, 그려낼 재료를 구하러 발품을 팔기도 할 시간이 필요하기때문에 부케의 주문은 한정된 양만, 시간적 여유를 두고 문의를 받고있습니다.
드라이플라워 - 개더앤어셈블에서는 꽃 한송이 한송이, 모두 가치와 사명을 가지고 있다고 믿기에 사입되는 모든 꽃들은 생화로 어레인지로 만들어지거나 드라이플라워로 변신합니다. 약짓는 곳, 이라는 뜻의 'apothecary' 컨셉의 이태원 매장에서는 특별한 힐링파워가 있다고 믿는 드라이플라워를 기분이나 용도에 맞게 추천해드리고 있습니다.
꽃병 및 화기 - 코펜하겐에 위치한 작은 세라믹 스튜디오 'Studio Arhoj'와의 콜라보로 제작되는 화병 및 생활 도자기를 만나보실 수 있습니다.
